This years Christmas ornament creation.

Every year as part of our Christmas traditions my son and I create new and different ornaments from years past. It’s a time for us to spend together, watching a Christmas movie, listening to music, drinking hot cocoa making memories only him and I share.

Being a huge fan of Hallmark we add a few new ones to the tree every year to capture the different stages of life and what he is currently into that season.

This year we decided to make snow globes that we could put something inside of and create that was unique to our personalities.

He picked snowmen and I jumped on the trend of the little Christmas truck with the tree. We gathered our supplies from a few of our local craft stores and got to work one Saturday evening.

To create your own see the below list of supplies you will need along with a glue gun and glue sticks:

Using the glue gun secure the main figures in the center of the ornament. Add foliage, decoration, snow and glitter based on theme. Seal with a little bit of hot glue where the ornament meets to connect. Add ribbon through hole to hang and VOLIA!!! You now have a homemade ornament to share with those you love or hold on to for years to come. Most importantly have fun and carry on the tradition with those you love from year to year.
